1:1 Specialist Mentoring Sessions
Services
Support that fits. Growth that lasts.
If life feels harder than it should — the constant effort to focus, organise, communicate, or just be yourself — 1:1 mentoring offers a calm, structured way to find what actually works for you.
Sessions are designed for neurodivergent adults and young people who want practical, sustainable change. Whether you prefer to meet online or face-to-face, each session provides tools tailored to your goals, your environment, and the way your brain works.
How it works
Your first session is about understanding you: your strengths, challenges, and how they show up in daily life. We use a mix of root cause analysis and gentle Socratic questioning to uncover the patterns beneath the surface — so we can build strategies that truly fit.
From there, we co-create systems that align with your brain’s natural pathways, your values, and what matters most to you. Every step is collaborative and person-centred — no templates, no “shoulds,” no one-size-fits-all fixes.
What to expect
This form of mentoring helps you:
Drop the masks and rebuild confidence in your own way of thinking.
Strengthen relationships through better understanding and communication.
Achieve goals with less resistance and more energy.
Reconnect with a sense of ease and purpose — living life on your terms.
Over time, you’ll notice greater focus, emotional balance, and a feeling of space — both mental and physical — to grow.
Investment
Pay-as-you-go: £50 per session (weekly recommended)
12-week bundle: £500
Students: £35 per session (weekly recommended)
Mentoring sessions are confidential, flexible, and built around your schedule. The aim isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to help you flourish, using strategies that last.
The Orchard
A calm, practical space for neurodivergent minds to grow.
The Orchard is a digital mentoring space built for neurodivergent people — and those who support them. Inside, you’ll find step-by-step videos, templates, and strategies designed to make life simpler, calmer, and easier to manage.
Whether you want to understand your ADHD, build focus, sleep better, or finally start and finish the tasks that matter — The Orchard gives you clear, compassionate guidance you can actually use.
What you’ll find inside
The Orchard’s growing library covers topics that affect everyday life:
Focus & procrastination – simple, repeatable tools for getting started and staying steady.
Sleep & rest – understand how your brain restores itself and how to make that easier.
Communication & relationships – learn ways to connect that feel natural and safe.
Food & routines – cook-with-me videos, energy-based planning, and sensory-friendly ideas.
Neuroscience made simple – short, clear explanations that help you understand your brain.
Self-worth, health & identity – rebuilding confidence and belonging on your own terms.
All videos are concise, structured, and evidence-informed — designed to work with the way your brain processes information, not against it.
How it helps
The Orchard offers mentoring in a format that fits around your life. It’s not therapy and not coaching — it’s practical, strength-based support grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and lived experience.
People who spend time here often say:
“I finally feel understood.”
“It’s like someone took the overwhelm out of self-improvement.”
Over time, you’ll notice calmer days, steadier focus, and more energy for what matters. The aim isn’t perfection — it’s progress that lasts.

Neural Workplace Audit
Audit • Recommendations • Bespoke Training.
Every organisation has a “neural” ecosystem — the ways people think, communicate and get work done. The Neural Workplace Audit maps that ecosystem, identifies friction points, and designs practical changes you can implement quickly. This isn’t a tick-box exercise; it’s evidence-informed, people-centred, and built to last.
Why it matters
Neuroinclusion isn’t about special treatment; it’s about designing systems that make sense for everyone.
Research shows that inclusive workplaces see:
30% higher innovation levels
Improved retention and morale
Fewer HR grievances and burnout-related absences
Stronger employer brand reputation
When you create an environment where cognitive diversity is understood and valued, everyone benefits.

2) Findings & Roadmap — a prioritised report with clear quick wins, medium-term changes, and measures of success.
